Thank you for taking this journey with me.

I have written this story to bring awareness to mentorship and how this approach could be applied as an educational practice and philosophy.

I am a product of this tradition and if I am being totally honest, I think I am still in my rooting phase. Who knows, maybe I am blooming. Regardless, new ideas and thoughts about mentorship are still sprouting within me each day.

I hope that after this, there is an understanding that every interaction is a chance to influence and plant seeds as we may never know what will root. Just remember that every day is an opportunity to plant, sprout, root and bloom.
